How involved do I need to be week-to-week?

Practically zero. Once onboarded, you have three touchpoints: content approval (via WhatsApp, takes minutes), monthly strategy call (30 minutes), and reading your dashboard whenever you want. We handle everything in between.

What if I'm not happy with the content?

Every piece of content — ads, posts, emails, WhatsApp messages — is shared with you before it goes live. If you don't like something, we revise it. The goal is content that sounds exactly like you'd want it to sound, not generic healthcare marketing copy.

Can I pause the system if I'm going on leave?

Yes. Give us 7 days notice and we'll pause campaigns, hold content, and keep your dashboard active. There's no penalty and no additional charge for a pause of up to 30 days per year.

What happens if I want to stop after a few months?

There's no lock-in contract. You own all your ad accounts, your website, your Google Business Profile, and all content created during the engagement. If you choose to stop, you leave with everything and we part professionally. We do ask for 30 days written notice.

What if the KPIs aren't met?

KPIs are defined before you pay a single rupee — specific patient volume targets, CPL targets, GMB ranking goals. If we're tracking below target in Month 2, we course-correct with a documented plan. Accountability is built into the system, not promised after the fact.
